At Taco Belle, we honor Belle’s spirit of adventure
Long ago, our great grandmother Belle was a dreamer with a taste for adventure.
Born in Lebanon, she loved cooking and exploring new flavors, but she craved more , something beyond what she knew. So, she set off on a journey that led her to Mexico, a place brimming with bold spices, colorful markets, and rich culinary traditions. Belle instantly fell in love with the vibrant street food culture, especially the simple yet flavorful tacos.
Belle spent years soaking up the secrets of Mexican street food, learning from local cooks who shared her passion. She dreamed of starting her own food truck, blending the best Mexican flavors to share her journey in every bite. Though she never got to open that little truck herself, her story has lived on, inspiring us to bring her dream to life.
